Using The Twitter Filter is easy to use. Here is how it works.

1. The user signs up for a free account at TheTwitterFilter.com.

2. The user specifies a twitter account or twitter term that they would like to filter.

3. The content containing this information is presented to the user who can either allow or disallow the content to be posted to the user's twitterfilter.com user page. The user may also chose to show their filtered content by placing a special widget on their own web page.

4. The user can now use an overhead projector to safely display the content in public without having to worry about inappropriate content or irrelevant content being displayed.
